My stay at the RV park was quite mixed. While the property had its charm, especially for short visits, I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays due to the lack of maintenance and privacy. The overall value for what you pay isn’t great, given the condition of the facilities and the surrounding areas. If you're looking for a quick stopover, it might work, but for extended stays, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

The RV park does have some decent space, but it felt cramped with all the long-term residents. There wasn't much privacy as the trees were unmaintained and messy.
Service

There wasn't really any maintenance or lawn care during my stay, so I had to deal with a lot of leaves and debris myself.

The location is okay, but it feels like a few minutes of driving will get you to better options for RV parks nearby.

The facilities felt neglected and it was more of a challenge than a convenience to deal with the other long-term campers.

My stay at Gridley Inn was quite mixed. While the location provides a peaceful small-town atmosphere, my experience was severely impacted by bed bugs during my last visit. On a positive note, it's affordable, especially compared to neighboring areas, but the issues I've encountered make it hard to recommend staying for an extended period.

I had a mixed experience at Gridley Inn. On one hand, the small-town atmosphere was refreshing, and the location offered easy access to shops and eateries. On the downside, I faced a bed bug issue that was distressing and the lack of response from management was frustrating. The RV park section also seemed to lack maintenance and privacy, which made my long stay uncomfortable.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this RV park. It had a small-town charm, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the maintenance was lacking, with not much privacy between trailers. The value for money isn't great if you're planning a long stay.

The rooms were spacious enough but definitely not fancy. They offered a comfortable stay for a night but may not be ideal for longer visits.

Unfortunately, the maintenance and lawn care were non-existent during my stay. It seemed like long-term guests had made their spaces cluttered with belongings.

The RV park offers a decent stay for a short visit, with a nice small-town atmosphere. However, if you're considering a longer stay, be cautious as the maintenance seems lacking and the privacy between sites is minimal. The amenities are just okay for the price, especially if you've got options nearby.
